Are you kidding! By "them" is the only Web site with data for dividends, which terminated on day. You must be kidding. Thus, "All" in the world that want this information, the company needs to set up use of the site.

LEAVE YOUR WEB SITE MARKETING answers to these pages with questions. SU boring!

U4-is absolutely right! But if you identify the correct number, without the work of his called "total return". Most sites, the historical data that give these figures. bigcharts.com, (I Got Mine From the account of the Morning Star, because I know that Paul has this link earlier, after 12 months of total return on historical information listed on the site), taking account of data from three www. fool.com history.

Shares Yield The dividend yield is calculated not only with shares of more value, but their dividends or interest.

The Total Return is a measure of ROI (return) of price changes and add the results of the reinvestment of allIncome (dividends and int) produced during the period.

Thus,) the total return for the analysis of historical data (Internet and get your answer.

PAUL ENOUGH. Historical data is not so difficult to achieve. Depending on the distance you just want to go back to. (The more you go, the harder it is) MORNINGSTAR not go back to 1984, as were several sites that U4 cited, but the question was
12 MONTHS dividend yields. 12 months Morningstar LEAK, 3, 5, 10 years Right Back on your site. Not only for the return of 30 days. (Look at the last concert of 12 products).
http://quicktake.morningstar.com/stockne ...

But Yahoo goes back to 1984 adjusted (), LINK BELOW include IBM, to prove it. (it took me 2 seconds to find)
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?s=IBM&a=05 ...

Just admit your mistake and move on .....

Here you go:

Winston Hotels 5/5/06 to 5/4/07 Return: 47.78%.
Please note that Winston will Hotels for $ 15 per share through American property acquired in confidence.

Sunstone Hotel Investors return from 5/5/06 until 5/4/07: 3.13%

Equity One 5/5/06 until 5/4/07 Return: 38,31%

One Liberty Properties, 5/5/06 until 5/4/07 Return: 24,23%

Hope this helps!

EDIT 5 - I have reduced the previous editions, as pgcpaul do that too. I'm sure it was very entertaining for the original question of the applicant!

An example of how to make a total-return calculation (eg with EQY):

Go to finance.yahoo.com and get volume and timing of dividends, including the closing price for dividends and splits, http://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?s=EQY&a=04 adjusted .... Then you can separate the final conclusion by the closure of the first series last may, this price is adjusted for dividends and splits. This gives an answer, close is not (true, because the set cPrice losers are rounded) to the nearest cent. It is + / - 5 cents, divided by the first price of the shares without adjusting (usually within ten points).

If you want to be precise, it is easy to download on a range of prices and dividends in Excel, with the Yahoo link given http://ichart.finance.yahoo.com/table.cs ... / Then it's simply a matter of believing that an action has commenced, provided the dividends are reinvested at the closing each day, tracking the shares of the way were accumulated in extra, then multiply that amount with the last closing price and sharing by the original start date, adjusted to which a closing price. For EQY, by doing so, I 38.3058%. Using the simplest method, the above, I get 38.32%, which obviously is 1.5 basis points.

Now that you've cited his sources. Yahoo recognized that these matters are properly presented data to calculate it.
