It can vary from patient to patient, depending

1. What is your pain threshold
2. the difficulty of extraction was ... It was more difficult for the dentist, the more tenderness / swelling
3. If the area is of the opinion that he has pointed the finger at the execution in the region? The dentist may leave the bones have needles in the region, which can hurt (especially if you wear a prosthesis)

It is a good sign that you do not have a fever, but I strongly recommend you the advantage of a consultation with your dentist. We often receive calls about postoperative pain and inflammation, and I doubt it, since the patient, listen instead of suffering through their pain.

I was addicted to was after about 9 days after I turned off ibuprofen was taken in December and I was in Belgium and was very cool, but it was harder than I normally have to guess. Lol Also, I'm a wimp so I'd say about 5-7 days
